- I submitted a scientific and educational initiative to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Department of Research and Development To make academic specialization start from the first year in middle school, 2013- 2014. The initiative can be implemented within short-term and long-term durations. It was discussed during the international conference of Saladin University/Erbil, 2020.
- I submitted a number of scientific and educational initiatives for the presidency of the University of Al-Qadisiyah.
- I Contributed to the creation of three educational and psychological departments at the University of Al-Qadisiyah in three different colleges (Education – Arts – Education for women)
- Adopted a project to employ the slogan (A University without Walls, A World Without Papers) at Al-Qadisiyah University through:

– Holding more than 350 electronic workshops and webminars (sponsorship, participation and attendance).
